How To Spa

ARRIVAL:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The treatment/service will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

COURTESY:
While in the salon or spa area, we kindly ask that you enjoy quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones and other electronic devices.

SALON AND SPA ATTIRE:
We suggest you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring your jewelry or valuables.

APPOINTMENTS:
Please reserve appointments as much in advance as possible so that we may best meet your scheduling requests. A credit card wil be required at time of reservation for services over one hour. Credit card is also required for all appointments with multiple services.

CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT:
Treatments/services are reserved especially for you. We request a 24 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule to avoid a full service charge of the treatment/service price. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation of outstanding service by your service provider.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates are available through the Spa Coordinator or Front Desk. A Gift Certificate can also be purchased online or call 512-891-0420 and can be mailed to your guest or yourself. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.
